Welcome to ARNESON TECHWAVE SOLUTIONS LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website arnesonte.com (the “Site”), and any purchases of products (including disinfection cabinets and dishwashers) from our online retail store. By using the Site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts.

3. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment email. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (including but not limited to product or pricing errors, inability to obtain authorization for payment, or availability). A contract of sale is formed only when we send a separate shipping confirmation email.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD). We currently accept PayPal only as the payment method. By completing a purchase, you authorize PayPal to charge your chosen payment method. We do not store or process payment card data on our servers.

Taxes: We currently do not collect sales tax at checkout. If tax laws change or a tax is required to be collected at the time of purchase, such tax will be displayed at checkout and charged accordingly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically within the United States only. Order processing times are typically 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after shipment is 3–4 business days. Orders placed after our cutoff time (5:00 PM EST) will be processed the next business day. 6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our returns and refunds practices are described in detail on our Returns & Refunds page. In summary: returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery for items that are unused and in original packaging; customers are responsible for return shipping costs; refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method and take up to 2 business days to process. We do not offer direct exchanges. No restocking fees are charged.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Products sold on the Site may come with manufacturer warranties. Any product-specific warranty information is provided on the relevant product page or the Warranty & Support page. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN WRITING, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES — EXPRESS AND IMPLIED — INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ARNESON TECHWAVE SOLUTIONS LLC OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
